Coaching

As a certified and registered Transformational Coach, Haley will focus your session around your unique needs, whether this is goal achievement, managing overwhelm, taking small steps to achieve breathing space, or planning for a life changing event. She may take a Solution Focused approach to help her client achieve mental space and an emotional shift, without the need for 'deep' therapy. The approaches will vary for each client and each session.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Talking Therapy
Widely used therapeutic approaches which aim to help you understand and change your thoughts and behaviors. It is based on the premise that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected and can influence our overall well-being.  Haley will work collaboratively with you to identify and challenge negative or irrational thoughts and beliefs, replacing these thoughts with more positive and realistic ones. By doing so, you can change your emotional and behavioral responses to various situations, leading to improved mental health and well-being.
