Haley is a registered and certified Integrative Hypnotherapist, Therapist and Coach, specialising in trauma, self worth and hypervigilance recovery. She has personal experience of childhood trauma, issues with emotional eating, hypervigilance and PTSD and has found her way through with hypnosis and therapy to build her self esteem, create a strong feeling of inner safety and calm confidence from deep within, and trusts in her own resilience. She guides her clients in finding and building on these hidden super powers. She has many professional years of experience encouraging vulnerability, confidence and courage, and helping people build trust in their unique emotional gifts and experiences, to transform challenges into triumphs. |
Therapy & Coaching with Haley
As a certified and registered therapist and coach, Haley will focus your session around your unique needs, whether this is goal achievement, managing overwhelm, taking small steps to achieve breathing space, or planning for a life changing event. She may take a Solution Focused approach to help her client achieve mental space and an emotional shift, without the need for 'deep' therapy.
