Hello, I'm Haley,
I'm a certified Integrative  Hypnotherapist &
Transformational Coach.

I studied under esteemed and renowned therapist, hypnotherapist, speaker, and author, Andrew Parr ('The Real You' Penguin)

I'm really looking forward to meeting you, and guiding you to inner strength, safety, high self esteem, and the freedom and confidence to be the real you, at ALL times.

Hypnotherapy has helped me (and is still helping) heal the pain of anxiety, grief, trauma and PTSD, caused by childhood adversity and trauma, whilst navigating the complexities of unbalanced eating, mending my relationship with food and body image, and has given me a deep sense of safety and trust in myself. I know it can help you, too.

I'm deeply drawn to helping women access the confidence and resilience, we all have inside us, through their vulnerability, and letting go of fear.

Through my therapy practice, I meet amazing, brave women, looking for an outlet for their emotions, and to release and heal long held emotional, mental and physical pain.

I use self hypnosis and 'mindset shift' methods regularly, to support me in my hyper vigilance and with my unique sensitivities and challenges. Life can be triggering; we never know where those triggers will come from.

The techniques I use for my own recovery are the same I use with my clients, because they work.

In order to find our truest, strongest self, direct access to our vulnerability is needed for the full experience of our authenticity. There is a deep well of strength and resilience in this vulnerability. I discovered this when I booked a course of hypnotherapy in my late twenties - I've been using it ever since as a source for wellbeing and growth.

I work collaboratively and intuitively with my clients; focusing on their individual needs, and adapting with them to any changes in their current experience.
Hypnotherapy is a creative and powerful tool for accessing the beliefs we hold about ourselves and the world around us, that have held us back all our lives. Hypnotherapy has changed my life; I know it can change yours.

To understand where and why we've learned to believe we are unlovable, not enough, or that life is scary and unfair; or that people are not to be trusted, and should be avoided, feared etc, is to find freedom from our fears, step into our power, and move towards a life that is fulfilling and rewarding, being simply ourselves.

Vulnerability is strength. It is the key to letting go of fear, pain, inhibition, and all that makes us feel stuck. If you feel safe in your vulnerability then you can access and shift deep set, destructive beliefs,  replacing them with empowering, supportive beliefs that reflect who you really are.

As an empathic, intuitive and
insightful therapist, I can help you accept and/or change what is standing between you and freedom, and find an improved and lasting inner strength and authenticity that will give you a deep sense of safety and trust within yourself.
