Hello Dear Client, I'm Haley, I'm really looking forward to meeting you, and guiding you to inner strength, freedom and peace.
Hypnotherapy has helped me heal the pain of anxiety, grief, trauma and PTSD, and left me with a deep sense of safety and trust in myself. I know it can help you, too.
I have been working, creatively and intuitively in the coaching industry, with amazing women, like you, for more than 20 years. I'm a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Hypnosis Practitioner & Transformational Coach -trained by esteemed and renowned hypnotherapist, speaker, and author, Andrew Parr- andrewparr.org
I work in a supportive role because I'm deeply drawn to helping women access the confidence and resilience, we all have inside us, through their vulnerability, and letting go of fear.
Through my therapy practice, I have met many amazing women, looking to find an outlet for their emotions, and to release and heal long held emotional, mental and physical pain. My confidence was knocked when I studied operatic and classical singing at a prestigious music conservatoire, in my twenties; being knocked at such a vulnerable time in my life gave me the impetus I needed to build myself up, and go on to help other amazing, brave women, do the same.
Since experiencing Hypnotherapy in my late twenties, I have always aimed to work intuitively and creatively with my clients, with the unique qualities, of each woman in mind, at all times.
In order to find your voice (singing and otherwise), direct access to your vulnerability is needed for the full experience of your authenticity. There is a deep well of strength and resilience in this vulnerability.
I work collaboratively and intuitively with my clients; focusing on your individual needs, and adapting with you to any changes in your current life experience.
Hypnotherapy is a creative and powerful tool for accessing the beliefs about ourselves, and the world around us, that have held us back all our lives. Hypnotherapy has changed my life; I know it can change yours.
To understand where we've learned to believe we are unlovable, stupid, not enough, to blame; or that life is scary and unfair; or that people are not to be trusted, and avoided, is to find freedom from our fears, and move towards a life that is fulfilling and reflects our true self. Vulnerability is strength. It is the key to letting go of fear, pain, inhibition, and all that makes us feel stuck. If you feel safe in your vulnerability then you can access and shift deep set, destructive beliefs, replacing them with empowering, supportive beliefs that reflect who you really are. As an empathic, intuitive and insightful therapist, I can help you accept and/or change what is standing between you and freedom, and find an improved and lasting inner strength and authenticity that will give you a deep sense ofsafety within yourself, and a greater trust in life and those you share it with.
